Junior Achievement Seeking Leaders for JA London and District Business Hall of Fame Induction

 

LONDON, ON - Business leaders who have demonstrated leadership, outstanding vision as entrepreneurs, who have furthered the quality of life through philanthropy or community service, and who have set an example for youth to follow, are wanted.

 

Junior Achievement (JA) of London and District is seeking nominations for the 2019 JA London and District Business Hall of Fame.

 

Established by JA in 1990, the Hall of Fame honours the lifetime achievements of London and area’s most distinguished individuals, past or present, who have helped shape this community.

 

Nominated by their peers, inductees are chosen by a selection committee, with selected Laureates formally welcomed into the Hall of Fame on October 24, 2019 at the Induction Ceremony and Gala at the London Convention Centre. The home of the Hall of Fame is located at London Central Library, 251 Dundas Street.

 

The 2018 Laureates were retired lawyer Claude Pensa and Bill Gray, chief executive officer and owner of L.H. Gray and Son Limited.

JA is an international non-profit organization dedicated to educating and inspiring young people about financial literacy. JA is celebrating its 100th worldwide anniversary this year.
