Dear JA Volunteers,
JA South Western Ontarion is excited to share more information about our Virtual Volunteer Opportunities! This year volunteers will be paired with a class for a 30-min drop-in session where volunteers video call with the students to share their personal stories and experiences about their educational and career path. Volunteers will answer students' questions around the JA program content which focuses on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship and help students connect the material to real world situations through personal stories and anecdotes. Register using the link below to inspire and empower inquiring minds!
JA serves as a bridge for companies, organizations, and individuals who wish to be involved in the youth economic-development movement. JA programs are highly interactive and engage students in activities that are relevant and meaningful to their own lives.
As a volunteer working with JA programs, you provide students with experiences in work readiness, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.
